Please Print off and fill out our liability form. If you cannot print this off before you come in, we do have copies at the facility. Please fill one out before starting any activity.
If you would like to rent space for a team practice, please call in at 785-302-4989. For the safety of your players and our clients, a limited number of people are allowed in a cage at a time.
